Website Logo Contest
As many of you have probably noticed our website has had a wonderful makeover - a big thanks to Hollis for all of her work on this. Now the only thing left is a new logo/image. So, to get the creative juices flowing, we're having a contest - and there will be prizes!
Website logo contest rules and regulations:
- anyone can enter (you don't have to be a chapter member)
- entries must be submitted to me via email by noon on Monday, November 16th
- the membership will vote on the entries during the chapter meeting

Fall 2009 Virtual Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, November 17th.
This year's fall chapter meeting will be taking place online. The scheduled date and time for the meeting is Tuesday, November 17th, 11am PST.
Website logo contest rules and regulations:
- anyone can enter (you don't have to be a chapter member)

Virtual Meeting to be used for 2009 Fall Chapter Meeting
Hello ARLIS/NA Northwest Chapter members,
Thank you to everyone who responded to our query regarding possible attendance at a fall meeting in Eugene this November.
Although we all really enjoy (and prefer) getting together in person, this year it just doesn't seem feasible. With no vice-chair and very few confirmed attendees we've decided to venture into uncharted territory and try a virtual meeting.
We're still aiming towards the beginning of November, but I assume we will need one test session for everyone to check their connection/setup and then (perhaps the following week) we'll go live with the 'real' meeting.
On a positive note, we're hoping to have more attendees this year as we won't be restricted by geography!
Stay tuned for more details (including proposed bylaw changes).
